Shihan Otto Johnson will be laid to rest on November 20, 2004, at the Desert Mortuary in Salt Lake City, Utah. On December 11, 2004, at the Shuyokan Dojo at 10:30a.m., there will be a Memorial Service and Reception to celebrate the life of Shihan Johnson. Please wear casual dress. Olohe Solomon Kaihewalu has been asked to say a prayer over the service. Please direct any questions to Sensei Dye.
